Fingers Crossed

Hollywood has always gotten the Iraq war wrong,but I am "cautiously optimistic" as they say about this film. "Taking Chance" is about a marine officer played by Kevin Beacon (highly underrated) who takes a PFC killed in Iraq named Chance home to be buried. It is based on a true story.

There was an amazing short film made by PBS on which this is base. All it consisted of was scenic footage with no people and a voice over by the great Robert Duvall. It was truly moving.

I hope the feature is half as good as the short film
