The genocide in the Sudan is spilling over into neighboring Uganda and Congo. In northern Uganda, the Lord's Resistance Party (LRP)has been killing and mutilating the citizens there for over a decade. There is an article about this in this month's Foreign Policy Magazine, and this article in the Washington Post touches on the issue. More attention needs to be paid to this.
